가족들에게 불편을 끼쳐드린 점 사과드립니다.emtp_006
나름대로 원인을 분석하여 복구를 시도했지만,
계속 재발되는 DB 오류로 많은 어려움을 격었습니다.emtp_013
결국, 기술지원을 받아 문제를 해결하게 되었지만,
29일 13시 18분 이후에 등록된 자료를 소실하게 되었습니다.
마지막 백업시점 이후에 올려진 자료를 잃게된 것입니다.
정성을 들여 작성한 게시물을 소실하게 된 점 깊이 사과드립니다.
이번 계기로, 안정적인 서비스를 위해 더욱 더 노력할 것입니다..
아울러 정기적인 백업으로 자료손실을 최소화 하도록 노력하겠습니다.
